Although I’ve still got a few blogs to upload from the States and beyond, I thought I’d give it a brief rest with something from the weekend. On Saturday I was at the amazing St.George’s Hall for their Spring Ball and this was the third time I’ve photographed one of these events so there’s the constant challenge of producing something new. This wasn’t helped by the fact that my 12-24mm has died on me again and so the widest lens I had to shoot on was 17mm, so this silly wide shot here is a panoramic of half a dozen photos or so. Guest dancers for this event was Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya Virshilas with her professional partner Kalus Kongsdal. That’s them at the bottom of the post whilst the photo in the middle is of two of my favourite dancers on the night!
